“…the kingdom of heaven is like the master of a household who brings out of his treasure what is new and what is old." Matthew 13:52

In September 2010, local artist Lorraine Tarrant staged an exhibition Enlightenment in the church to celebrate St. Michael’s day. Lorraine produced a delightful series of thirty paintings based around details from the St. Michael’s leadlight windows and Kelburn Village. With wit and insight she explores the relationship between the transcendent and the mundane. Click to view Enlightenment.

A Wintery Spirituality
